Every turnover follows the same structured sequence. Nothing is left to chance or memory.
Strip and remake all beds with fresh linen. Dust all surfaces including headboards, nightstands, and lamps. Vacuum floors and rugs. Check under beds. Arrange pillows to presentation standard.
Sanitize toilet, sink, shower, and bathtub. Clean mirrors and glass. Mop floor. Replace and fold towels. Restock soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and any other amenities specified by the owner.
Wash and put away all dishes, glasses, and cutlery. Clean stovetop, oven exterior, microwave inside and out, refrigerator exterior. Wipe all counters and cabinet fronts. Empty and replace trash bags. Restock coffee, tea, sugar, and other consumables.
Vacuum sofa and cushions. Arrange cushions and throws. Dust all surfaces, shelves, and electronics. Wipe windows and glass doors. Sweep or mop floors. Clear and wipe balcony furniture if applicable.
